Client feedback leads to Charitable benefits

Getting feedback from our clients is very important to us and helps us shape and evolve the support we offer them. However, we recognise the danger of "survey fatigue" as it seems you are constantly be asked to rate the service you receive no matter what you do these days...

To try to find a balance, every time we advise a client for the first time and every other year for clients we are providing ongoing support to, we send out a questionnaire politely asking for any feedback they wish to share and to rate the service we provide. As a small token of our thanks, instead of putting people into a draw for a prize, we make a charitable donation of £5 each time one of our clients takes the time to respond.

Each year we choose a new charity for the donation at the end of that year. The first year we chose Cancer Research and for the year just ended our chosen charity was the Alzheimer's Society, who have just received our £500 donation.

For the year ahead, our team has chosen another very worthy cause, the MND association.
